Meet Sierra

Hey! I'm Sierra, the girl on the right standing next to my bestie. I'm the founder of The Healthy Girl Social Club.

I'm so excited you're here! Keep scrolling down to learn more about who HGSC is and a little about me too.

Can't wait to learn about you next!

"She walked by faith, for she knew that God's plans were far greater than her own"

Hi Beautiful! I'm so glad you're here!

If you’ve ever felt behind, lost, or like you were figuring it all out alone then this is exactly where you belong.

My name is Sierra, and I know that feeling all too well, and I would love to share a bit of my story with you and how that led to today!

As a teenager, I was so lost. Depressed, in trouble, heading down a path that was going nowhere good. I didn’t feel like I had a purpose, and honestly... I didn’t care. Life just felt kinda empty and it often just felt like I was going through the motions. You know that feeling?

Nobody was handing me a roadmap for life, and I was figuring out the hard way what happens when you don’t have one.

Then I became a mom. Young. Before I’d even had a chance to figure myself out. And suddenly there was this little boy looking to me to lead him, teach him, and show him what life was supposed to look like. I wanted to show up for him but I didn’t know how. I wasn’t confident. I didn’t feel equipped. I wasn’t even sure who I was.

That’s when Jesus stepped in.

He didn’t just save me, He redirected me. He introduced me to faith, and somewhere along the way, to something called personal development. It lit me up. The combination of Jesus and personal development made the world look entirely different. I started watching YouTube videos, digging into mindset work, learning about who I was created to be and how there was a whole world of growth and possibilities I never knew existed. I was no longer a victim of circumstance. I started realizing I could shift my belief from “life is happening to me” into asking myself “how is life happening for me?”

It wasn’t a perfect journey. Not even close. There was even a season where I was homeless, a single mom, no car, no job, no money. Just me, my son, and a God who kept showing up anyway.

And He did. Every time.

I kept learning. I kept growing. I kept going. And that journey, every hard, humbling, faith-stretching mile of it is exactly what brought me here.

I built The Healthy Girl Social Club because no woman should have to figure it out alone. Not the health, the mindset, the identity, the confidence, the purpose, none of it. I spent years piecing it together in isolation and I know the weight of that. I don’t want that for you. I wanted so badly to be friends with the people who were teaching me but it felt hard to meet others who wanted to dig into these things and grow in life as much as I did.

What I want for you is community. Real, like-minded women who will lock arms with you, speak truth over you, and cheer you forward on the days you want to quit or when the enemy is whispering lies into your ear.  I want you to be around women who are done playing small. Women who are healing the hard stuff and still showing up anyway. Women with a big vision for their lives who weren’t going to apologize for it. And also the women who wanted all of that but didn’t know where to start yet, who just needed someone to say “you belong here.” I want you to know who you are, not just who the world says you are, but who God says you are. I want you to walk in an identity so rooted and a confidence so unshakable that you can show up fully for yourself, for your kids, for your family, and for every person God places in your path to serve.

We are the body of Christ. And I believe with everything in me that we were never meant to walk this road alone.

The Healthy Girl Social Club exists to make sure you don’t have to.

You belong here. We’ve been waiting for you and can't wait to meet you and watch you grow with us!

Confidence is not something you feel, it's something you build by taking action, despite the fear or uncertainty.
