All products sold through The Healthy Girl Social Club, LLC are custom-made or made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
The Healthy Girl Social Club, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in being restricted from future purchases.

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders are custom and preorder. Depending on the size/color availability, products may take longer to ship
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
The Healthy Girl Social Club, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Limitation of Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
